Q: How long does it take to have my pool installed?
A: It typically takes around three months for the pool shell to arrive, followed by an additional 4-6 weeks for installation, depending on the size and scope of the project.
Q: Do you provide temporary fencing?
A: Yes, if we are installing your pool fencing, we will provide the temporary fencing. If you’re handling the fencing yourself, we can still erect the temporary fencing you supply during construction.
Q: What is the warranty on your pools?
A: Our pool shells come with a lifetime structural warranty, giving you peace of mind. The installation is also covered by the QBCC (Queensland Building and Construction Commission) warranty.
Q: Do you do decking?
A: We don’t offer decking services, but we can handle concreting, paving, and certain water features as part of the overall pool project.
Q: How much access do I need for the installation?
A: Ideally, we need a minimum of 3.0 meters for access. If the access space is smaller, we’ll evaluate the site, and there may be additional costs involved to accommodate the installation.
